Job summary

Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and mentorship within our Woodbury team. You will ensure high-quality ABA services, oversee clinician-to-client ratios, and promote evidence-based practices.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and state licensure or eligibility, with 3–5 years of clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst or eligibility in state (if applicable).
• 3–5 years ABA clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA services.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs and technicians.
• Ensure treatment fidelity and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress and outcomes.
• Support onboarding and professional development.
