Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team that invests in you. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight to RBTs, collaborating with families and schools.

The role emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling and up to 25 billable hours per week for full-time BCBAs, plus ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership as you grow.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
