Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality care. The organization emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and work-life balance to support clinician growth.

As part of the team, you will build individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and contribute to ongoing training and leadership opportunities within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
