Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services, oversee RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans that drive positive outcomes for children.

You will analyze data, collaborate with families and schools, and participate in ongoing professional development to grow your clinical skills and advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
