Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is a leading ABA provider in the Northeast, dedicated to ethical, client-centered care and a supportive, growth-focused culture. As a BCBA, you will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to uphold best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload up to 10 clients and supervise up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to maintain best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB guidelines.
