Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services in New York/NJ is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a 1099-per-diem contract. You will conduct FBAs, create BIPs, supervise BCBA-Candidates and Technicians, and implement evidence-based ABA plans in home and community settings.

You will work under Senior Clinical Directors, enjoy flexible after-school scheduling, and set your own caseload with potential for unlimited earnings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA licensure.
• Experience supervising BCBA-Candidates is valued.
• Ability to work with families and schools in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor BCBA-Candidates & Technicians.
• Implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Coordinate parent trainings and interdisciplinary care.
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adapt programs.
