Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis to serve clients in home and community settings. The role includes duty to supervise BCBA-Candidates and Technicians, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families under a flexible schedule.

This position offers 1099-Tax status with no minimum billable hours, a hybrid/in-person option, and strong clinical support from senior directors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education or related field.
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• In-person position with potential hybrid arrangement.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and DTT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
• Create and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise BCBA-Candidates and Behavior Technicians.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients in home/community.
• Schedule parent trainings and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and report outcomes.
