Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking remote BCBA professionals licensed in NY, NJ, and/or NC to conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise staff, and deliver 1:1 remote services. The role includes parent trainings, data-driven treatment planning, and coordination with schools and families.

Contract-1099; PER DIEM; starting at $85/hour with flexible scheduling, after-school hours, and potential weekends. Multilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA license in NY, NJ, and/or NC.
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst credential in NY, NJ, and/or NC.
• Provide direct 1:1 services and parent counseling remotely.
• Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience with Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.
• Excellent clinical judgement and organizational skills.
• Experience developing and implementing BIPs for challenging behavior.
• Experience developing skill acquisition plans for developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of DTT and naturalistic ABA programming.
• Flexible to respond promptly to calls/texts/emails.
• Mandatory in-house training and ongoing professional development.
• Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor BCBA-Candidates and Behavior Technicians.
• Implement effective strategies in home and community settings.
• Create and implement treatment plans aligned with ABA principles.
• Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers and other providers.
• Conduct initial and reassessments and monitor progress.
• Report progress using data analysis and tools like RETHINK.
• Provide support to families, technicians, and colleagues via multi-tiered communication.
• Maintain high standards of care and services.
