Job summary

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is seeking a BCBA to conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise staff, and implement evidence-based ABA in home and community settings. This contract-1099/per diem role offers flexible hours and no minimum billable hours, with mentorship and clinical support from senior directors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field.
• BCBA License and Licensed Behavior Analyst credential.
• In-person position with potential for hybrid work.
• Direct 1:1 services and parent counseling/training with clients in home.
• Malpractice Insurance.
• Experience with assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.).
• Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience developing Behavioral Intervention Plans for challenging behavior and skill acquisition plans.
• Knowledge of DTT and naturalistic ABA programming.
• Multilingual is a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing in-house training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
• Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians.
• Implement strategies for clients in home and community settings.
• Develop evidence-based, ethically aligned treatment plans for children and families.
• Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers and school staff.
• Perform initial and reassessments and monitor progress.
• Analyze data using RETHINK, modify programs based on data.
• Provide support to families, technicians, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standard of care and services.
