Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA to supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians in North Carolina. The role blends in-home/in-clinic supervision with telehealth, offering flexibility up to 50% remote work.

You will lead program development, oversee assessments, and support families with evidence-based ABA strategies. Training, CEUs, and a collaborative clinical environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in North Carolina as issued by the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision and support for Behavior Technicians to ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Develop ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and address client needs with families.
• Drive professional growth through mentorship, research initiatives, and continuing education.
