Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA in North Carolina for a hybrid role including in-home, school, and center-based supervision with telehealth up to 50% of cases. We offer mentorship, onboarding, CEUs, and a clinician-led culture that supports growth and collaboration.

Salary starts around $100,000+ with a bonus track of $35,000+ in early years, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid disability, and generous PTO from Day 1.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Active LBA NC licensure required for NC.
• Background check, TB test and pre-employment physical required.
• Hybrid role: in-home, school and/or center supervision with telehealth.
• Strong mentorship and training mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and BCBAs.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs.
• Provide parent education and problem-solving strategies.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
