Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Active North Carolina LBA certification required.
• Background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for your caseload, designing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Partner with families to drive progress and provide parent education.
• Continuously evaluate client needs and adapt ABA programs to improve outcomes.
