Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, and support families with strategies to promote progress both inside and outside therapy.

Applicants should hold a BCBA certification with Utah LBA eligibility and possess a Master's or Doctorate in ABA or related field, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Hybrid scheduling and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Utah LBA license or eligibility to obtain before starting.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and transportation for travel to client sites.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered care.
