Job summary

Qualifications
- BCBA certification required from BACB.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Utah or eligible before starting.
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans for clients.
- Support families with strategies to foster success.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
