Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based interventions with families and schools. You will develop, implement, and supervise ABA treatment plans, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

You’ll mentor RBTs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to program development while advancing your clinical leadership and the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
