Ability Builders in Johnston, IA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role.

You will assess and develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to drive progress for children and adolescents with autism.

The position offers flexible scheduling, professional development, and opportunities for partial remote work within a supportive center-based therapy program.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology or related field.
• BCBA Certification is required and BACB credentialing maintained.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and leadership in care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
• Provide staff training, supervision, and feedback to support client progress.
• Lead caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify families needing additional supports and coordinate services.
• Foster positive culture with mentoring, engagement, and retention.
• Engage in professional development and share insights with the clinical team.
• Maintain licensure, certification, and CPR training as required.
