Job summary

Ability Builders in Terre Haute, IN is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a full- or part-time, hybrid role. The position emphasizes leadership, clinical supervision, and collaboration with families to implement high-quality ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and leading teams and coordinating care with families, staff and partners.
• Proficiency with assessing skills and deficits across domains.
• Developing and monitoring individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to use ABA methodologies to drive client progress.
• Excellent communication with parents/caregivers in multiple settings (center, home, school).

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans and behavior plans.
• Provide staff training, supervision and feedback to improve client outcomes.
• Lead caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and compliance.
• Identify clients needing additional supports and coordinate services.
• Mentor staff and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Maintain licensure, certification, and required trainings (CPR, etc.).
