Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health, a long-standing leader in ABA services, seeks a BCBA/BCBA-D for a hybrid or remote role in Aurora, CO. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact, offering growth opportunities, a monthly productivity bonus, and tuition discounts.

The successful candidate will oversee FBAs, treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure compliance with BACB/state/federal guidelines while collaborating with leadership to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
