Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
- 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
- Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
- Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
- Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
- Support funding source communication as needed.
