Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Torrance, CA is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D to lead clinical and supervision efforts in a hybrid, telehealth plus in-person role. The position combines hands-on client work with team leadership and mentorship within a supportive community.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
Collaborate closely with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
Support funding source communication as needed.
