Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Redlands team in a hybrid or remote capacity. You will lead clinical services, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

The role emphasizes supervision, data‑driven program adjustments, and adherence to BACB and regulatory standards, with a competitive salary and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through parent training.
• Monitor progress with data‑driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate with Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
