Job summary

ICBD, a leading BCBA provider in Katy, TX, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for clients with autism. The role includes conducting assessments, supervising RBTs and caregivers, and mentoring staff pursuing BCBA certification.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000–$110,000 per year, with a focus on high-quality client outcomes and professional growth within a supportive clinical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA certification preferred before starting services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
