BrightPath Behavior is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings in Pearland, TX. You will mentor RBTs, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care while coordinating with caregivers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA credential and LBA in good standing.
• Qualify for Supervisor status under BACB.
• Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurers.
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance; CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community.
• Provide guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure treatment plans align with client goals and outcomes.
• Foster clinical excellence and continuous learning.
• Establish and manage ABA services to improve skills.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and service providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support staff development and clinic oversight.
