Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs for children and families. This full-time role offers a starting salary between $95,000 and $115,000 per year and the chance to supervise RBTs and other clinicians within a strong clinical infrastructure.

You will design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with the team to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
