Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and families. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design effective behavior-change plans to drive outcomes.

Starting salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with strong mentorship, growth opportunities, and access to clinical support and training resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
