Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fitchburg, MA to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. The role emphasizes collaboration with RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments, and maintaining high-quality intervention plans.

In this position you will supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly, work within a supportive clinical infrastructure, and contribute to outcomes-focused care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
