Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee behavioral-analytic program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for need of behavioral intervention (e.g., functional assessments, preference assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities as needed
