ABA Centers of America is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fitchburg, MA. The position offers a starting rate of $95,000 to $115,000 per year with room for growth.

The program emphasizes small caseloads, AI-driven efficiency, and career advancement, supported by mentoring and leadership access. You will design and supervise behavior-analytic interventions, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for BCBA role.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
