Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs in person or remotely. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and educators, and drive data-driven clinical decisions to support children and families in Montgomery County.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with MD LBA licensure.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have MD LBA license.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage personalized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans.
• Lead and mentor RBTs through supervision and skills development.
