Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, and support families in and outside therapy. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and work-life balance.

Applicants should hold a BCBA certification, be eligible or licensed as an LBA in Utah, and possess an advanced degree in ABA or psychology. A valid driver's license and travel to client sites are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Utah or eligible before start.
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities
