Qualifications
- Must hold BCBA certification and active licensure.
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans that cater to our clients' unique needs.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure client success.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and client-centered care.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in our services.
