Job summary

Pediatric Therapy, LLC seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior treatment plans across settings. The goal is to equip the patient to communicate needs, participate in age-appropriate activities, and exhibit improved behavior as skills develop.

The role involves supervising RBTs/BCaBAs, training staff, documenting in EMR, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Active state license as a Behavior Analyst with credentials.
• One year of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to an interdisciplinary team and child development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide programming including training of RBTs and BCaBAs, and create/revise behavior plans.
• Develop and document resources and support information for patients and families.
• Complete assessments and develop behavior plans addressing caregiver/therapist concerns.
• Provide ongoing training and support for behavior intervention to the team and families.
• Document daily treatment notes in EMR and ensure daily billing of services.
• Make referrals for additional patient services as needed.
• Complete supervisory documentation as required by state board for RBT/BCaBA supervision.
• Participate in therapy and company meetings as scheduled.
• Complete continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
