Job summary

behavioralperspective in Lake Oswego, OR seeks a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead therapy programs for youth with autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, consult with families, and coordinate care with schools and other professionals.

The role emphasizes data-driven program development, ongoing assessments, and BACB-aligned supervision, with a strong focus on client progress and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or closely related field.
• Active BCBA certification and license required.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and supporting Behavior Technicians through clinical supervision and feedback in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Fostering positive relationships with families and coordinating care.
• Serving as primary contact for families on progress, challenges, and interventions.
• Creating and refining individualized behavior intervention plans and conducting FBAs.
• Performing initial and ongoing assessments and data analyses to adjust programs.
• Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions when needed and supervising in line with BACB guidelines.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and generating periodic progress reports.
• Engaging in ongoing training and contributing to team meetings.
