Job summary

Behavioral Perspective in Illinois seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide therapy to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will develop therapy programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with schools and clinicians.

The role involves delivering 1:1 sessions, conducting assessments, writing programs, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant records while following BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field is required.
  • Active BCBA certification and license are required.
  • One or more years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians with clinical guidance in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
  • Foster positive relationships with families served.
  • Act as primary contact for families on progress and interventions.
  • Develop and refine individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and FBAs.
  • Ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping and timely session summaries.
