Little Rays ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs and supervise behavior technicians across Florida, partnering with families to achieve positive outcomes. The role supports collaboration with schools to maintain consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children with ASD and their families.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treatment programs and supervise behavior technicians.
