Little Rays ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress for children with ASD.

This role offers both full- and part-time opportunities, professional development, and a supportive leadership team committed to evidence-based care in a compassionate, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children with ASD and families.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.
