Little Rays ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Plant City, FL location. You will oversee treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with families to create positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards
