Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs and supervise behavior technicians. This role involves partnering with families to create positive outcomes and coordinating with schools to ensure treatment consistency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards
