Midwest Autism & Therapy Center in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and lead ABA services for children and families. The role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, development of high-quality treatment plans, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The BCBA will mentor staff, ensure fidelity of interventions, and support program growth while maintaining ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in the state preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ABA clinic experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Strong collaboration within interdisciplinary teams and ethical BACB practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs and clinical staff with ongoing professional development.
• Maintain clinician-to-client ratios and fidelity of treatment plans.
• Review treatment plans, client progress, and outcomes for quality assurance.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families and other providers.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics, payer requirements, state regulations, and policies.
• Support clinic operations and continuous program improvement.
