Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field; Licensure eligibility in state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and build individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete POC updates and planning during work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: provide training to families to ensure home-clinic consistency.

Formation

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
