Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide collaborative care.
