Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA services for children with autism. You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, perform assessments, and train parents and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Collaborate with RBTs and the rest of the team, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
