Formación

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in related field (ABA, Psychology, Education, or equivalent).
• Valid Maryland LBA license or eligibility is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain high clinical and ethical standards.
