Lumen Pediatric Therapy in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to observe clients and assess behavior, develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors, and meet with families to discuss treatment progress.

You will provide clinical oversight to Behavior Therapists and RBTs, implement ethical, assent-based plans, coach and mentor teams, and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to deliver coordinated,

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Ability to participate in Clinical Rotation coverage.
• Must align with Lumen’s Core Values and demonstrate them daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Therapists and RBTs.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in ethical, assent-based care.
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs through training and collaboration.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals, track progress, and celebrate milestones.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and other providers for coordinated, whole-child care.
• Ensure documentation and data collection meet high clinical, ethical, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
