Job summary

Little Stars Therapy Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in-office and remotely, supervising a team of technicians and providing clinical leadership for ages 2–18 with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure ethical, evidence-based care.

You will oversee RBTs and BACB‑certified team members, maintain documentation, and participate in scheduling and program development while honoring

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.
• CPR, First Aid, and seizure training required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team: supervise Technicians, lead weekly meetings, provide feedback, delegate tasks, and address performance.
• Provide clinical supervision: supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and staff pursuing BACB certs, maintain supervision hours and records.
• Conduct assessments: functional behavior, preference, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and RBT competency assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment: create/update treatment plans, goals, programs, data tools, review progress.
• Partner with families: implement parent training curriculum, communicate updates, coordinate care across environments.
• Maintain timely documentation: complete clinical records and billing notes daily; ensure staff documentation.
• Manage expectations: billing, supervision, clinical performance, scheduling, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous, compassionate care: maintain attendance, follow policies, collaborate with clients and families.
• Maintain professional standards: keep BACB certifications current and adhere to Ethics Code.
