Job summary

Little Stars Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical supervision of staff and deliver evidence-based ABA services to children aged 2–18, in office or remotely. You will assess, design, and supervise treatment plans, while partnering with families to support progress across settings.

You will supervise RBTs and BACB candidates, ensure data quality, and maintain compliance with ethics and licensure standards. This role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.
• CPR, First Aid, and seizure training.
• Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Lead Technicians; lead weekly team meetings and provide feedback.
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BACB candidates; maintain supervision hours and records.
• Conduct functional, preferences, and skill assessments including ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans, goals, and data collection tools.
• Collaborate with families; coordinate care across environments and training curricula.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and billing notes by day end.
