Job summary

Learn Academy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Tempe, AZ. The role emphasizes assent-based, person-centered care and collaboration with parents and caregivers as partners in treatment.

You will supervise clinical teams, mentor BTs, and ensure safety and data-driven decision making. This position supports both part-time and full-time schedules and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification preferred or expected to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Treat client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
• Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
