Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide oversight and supervision for clinicians serving children with autism. You will mentor behavior technicians, write reports, and participate in monthly trainings to maintain high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a collaborative setting.

You will partner with families and funding sources to guide ongoing program direction, ensure safety, and implement data-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or higher.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA within three months.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
