Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for a caseload of approximately 6-10 children in an in-person, full-time role in Snellville, GA. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and drive data-based treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• As a BCBA, own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients.
• Provide ongoing supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality and continuous improvement.
