Helping Hands Family - Autism Services in Northampton County is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervising RBTs, and developing treatment plans. A strong emphasis is placed on ethical, client-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment. Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, along with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential, is offered.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• State licensure where required must be obtained.
• ABA experience preferred, especially RBT background for new BCBAs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients and complete 28 billable hours in 40 hours.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
