Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• State licensure where required must be obtained.
• ABA experience preferred, especially RBT background for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients and complete 28 billable hours in 40 hours.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
